CATS On Demand establishes new reservation number

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Capital Area Transit System's CATS On Demand paratransit service will have a new phone number for scheduling and reservations: 225.239.2550. The new number will be in effect on April 23, 2018. 

CATS On Demand customers should use the new phone number beginning Sunday to schedule any trips on or after May 6, 2018. 

Between now and Sunday, April 22nd, customers should continue to use the existing phone number. 

The CATS On Demand service will transition to MV Transportation beginning on Sunday, May 6, 2018. Customers with general paratransit or CATS On Demand questions can call CATS at 225.346.3265 or 225.346.5557.

CATS is the public transit provider for the Cities of Baton Rouge and Baker and has an average monthly ridership of 225,000. The agency covers nearly 7,000 miles daily connecting people to what matter. More information about CATS can be found at www.brcats.com.
