Sound the Horn to Honor Transit Workers: Transit agencies nationwide are encouraged to "#SoundTheHorn," today, May 21, at 3 p.m. (ET) to honor and say thank you to all public transportation employees working though the coronavirus outbreak. Participants are asked to simultaneously sound two one-second horn blasts from vehicles in service.
