Please take notice that the Capital Area Transit System CEO Search Committee will meet at 350 North Donmoor Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA, on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 4:00 pm to discuss several items of importance.
I. Introduction – Commissioner Johnathan Hill
II. Update on the CEO Search Process – TransPro.
III. Discuss results of Predictive Index surveys.
IV. Review applicant resumes.
V. Discuss Candidate Interview Process.
The committee may vote at any time to go into executive sessions as provided for by the Louisiana Open Meetings Law (LA RS:42:17A) to discuss the character and professional competence of the candidates.
