Authorizing settlement in the matter entitled “Christopher Johnson vs. Capital Area Transit System and the City and Parish of East Baton Rouge” Suit No. 667672 on the docket of the 19th Judicial District Court.
Authorizing a lump sum payment to the Estate of Gary Curtis to replace stale settlement checks in the matter entitled “Gary Curtis, Individually and on behalf of his minor children, S’hala Foster, Garyneisha Curtis and T’Kha Curtis vs. Constance Holland and Capital Area Transit System” Suit No. 585854 on the docket of the 19th Judicial District Court.
