EXECUTIVE SESSION - These matters may be discussed in Executive Session   
Consideration of authorization to enter into contract negotiation with the Interim CEO, Theo Richards.  
Authorizing settlement in the ongoing workers’ compensation claim of Tongie Morrison arising from a bus accident on November 8, 2021 (this claim is not in litigation). There is a corresponding tort suit entitled: “Tongie Morrison vs. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Taylor Herbert” Suit number C-724049 on the docket of the 19th JDC
Authorizing settlement in the matter entitled "Samuel Blum, Et al v. Terez Kashun Wicker and CATS " Suit number C-708268 on the docket of the 19th JDC
Litigation update in the matter entitled “Jerome Booker v. Capital Area Transit system, et. al” Suit number C-662710 on the docket of the 19th JDC
