ACTION ITEM – Consideration of authorization to settle the claims of Travis Okeke, Eula Scott, Carto Powell, Chekita White and Mary Brown under the terms of the settlement and judgment payment policy adopted by the Board on July 20, 2004 as amended. (This matter might possibly be discussed in executive session. As required by the Open Meeting Law, notice is hereby given that this claim is not currently in litigation, but just an open workers’ compensation claim.)

ACTION ITEM - Consideration of the authorization to enter into a supplemental agreement for the legal services contract with Dedrick Moore, LLP. (This matter might possibly be discussed in Executive Session. As required by the Open Meeting Law, this notice is hereby given that an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on pending litigation.)
